Procedures for purchasing kit. 

Linux can't always run on the most up-to-date kit (the graphics card
can be a particular problem), and there is a support effort in adding
each different variant of PC. At DCS, we've restricted PC purchases
to a small number of supported machines.

Need better documentation on this, esp which machine types
are supported
