Task:	SNMP monitoring

Stage:

Infrastructure(s) for collating SNMP information from SNMP enabled
hosts (eg network data, machine environment status etc)

Should we unify into one infrastructure ?

Can hopefully leave alone for stage1, but the existing DCS setup
is creaking and wouldn't cope with having to cover extra sites.
Perhaps some more distributed system will be required ?
