   Jeremy presented outline proposals on how CEG would like to structure COs/CSOs given the advent of DICE. The notes were then circulated by email to CO/CSOs along with other comments and a request made for feedback by 11 November 2002.

2. Review: Account Management Technologies

   Ken presented an in-depth review of the Account Management Technologies. There are slides from the talk.
