Co-ordination of Cross-Team Actions

When an action is assigned to more than one team at a group meeting and where co-ordination of the actions carried out by the teams is necessary then the group leader should ensure that one team leader is given the work of co-ordinating the work of the teams that follows from that action. If the teams are from more than one group then the group leaders involved will identify which team leader should co-ordinate the work of the teams.

If the action to be co-ordinated did not arise at a group meeting then the team leaders involved should decide which of them is to undertake the co-ordination role for that action. If they cannot agree as to who should fulfil this role then they should refer the issue for resolution to the group leader(s) involved.
